Instruction for disposal of FECL’s end-of-life products and its waste
Fujikura Electronic Components (Thailand) Ltd. (FECL), commits to manage all related activities for prevention of pollution and Environment Protection without consequences and/or mitigation or adaptation along with preserve the Environment of biodiversity and ecosystems.
Therefore FECL take into account all stages of products life cycle, from material acquisition, design, production, transportation and disposal.
For disposal of end-of-life products of FECL and its waste, they shall be managed based on the following;
Comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements of country where FECL’s end-of-life products and its waste are.
Transporters and facilities where end-of-life products and its waste are processed shall obtain required applicable permits and licenses for transportation and processing.

สอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด ของประเทศที่ซึ่งเศษวัสดุและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่หมดอายุของบริษัทฟูจิคูระ ถูกเก็บรักษาไว้
หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบในการขนย้าย และ สถานที่ที่ทำการกำจัด เศษวัสดุและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่หมดอายุของบริษัทฟูจิคูระนั้น จะต้องได้รับใบอนุญาต สำหรับการขนย้ายและการกำจัด ตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายของประเทศที่ซึ่งเศษวัสดุและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่หมดอายุของบริษัทฟูจิคูระ ถูกขนย้ายและกำจัด
